About the Project: Located in Wanchai, the core district of Hong Kong, Convention Plaza is one of the major Hong Kong landmark. It was built in the 80’s, and is a combination of the best and well-known convention and exhibition facilities, two blocks of 5-star hotels, one A-grade office tower, and a deluxe apartment tower. It was the largest building with the largest central chiller plant in the 80’s among Pacific Asia, providing air-conditioning, hot and cold water to all above facilities.
