Kiu Lok Properties (International) Limited (KLPI) has over three decades of experience in managing services apartments, and provides five-star management services for high-end residential complexes such as Convention Plaza Apartments in Wan Chai. All management staff are required to complete a rigorous training programme in order to provide customers with superior, needs-tailored services.

FSE International Realty Limited (FSEIR), formerly named ‘Kiu Lok International Realty Limited’, is another member of Kiu Lok Group, and provides a comprehensive range of needs-tailored property sales and leasing services, as well as investment planning and asset value-adding services.
